Quarter Finals on The Voice

A new feature for the show, there will be two elimnations Christina Aguilara who looked great tonight, looked like she lost weight too. Versus Blake who recived #1 for his eighteenth album. They both are upset because the at the eliminate 1 contestant on each team. Reigh Lynn from team blake was fitst to perform singing, "She's Country". It wasn't the best performance, I didn't believe her tough country girl prersona, she seemed too immature and inexperince to really rock thay song. But the judges had positive things to say. First up on team Christina was Jesse Campbell, singing, "Halo". He had his pitchy moments, he stumbled on one part he had been struggling with even before audition. Besides that, he dedicated the song to his daughter and he definitely proved his point. He was great and positive messages but  Blake, his comment sounded a bit condecending. Jesse definitly feel short and missed his notes, doesn't look good for him. Team Blake next,  Jordus Unga performs , "a little bit stronger". She was flat,she went into the performance saying she wants to prove to Blake he made a right choice saving her. Really bad pitch problems, and bad choice of song, or maybe she just can't sing. It was extremely draining to even listen to her mono-toned flat voice. Don't quit your day job Jordus. She was worst then Reigh Lynn. Christina was the only one but first up to comment and said Jordus picked the wrong song. Chrisitina took her team a Crenshaw Highschool to invite the chior to sing live with them on the vioce. Christina got all the male strippers to bombard Blake and dance for him and threw dollars at him. Then the show started with Christina, her team, and Crenshaw Highschool chior singing, "Make me stronger." Although Lindsey fell short the performance was awesome. I guess Christina felt confident daring to wear a itty bitty g string curset.




 Team Christina Ashely Del La Rosa, hard rocker version of" foolish Games." I loved it, she definietly rocked it, couldn't do better. I agree with Adam, it was such a m pleasent surprise, she hit notes beautifully. Blake admitting it was the best decision of season 2 for Chrisitina to save her, maybe insinuating his save of  Jordus wasn't the best choice. It was the best performance so far. Wes Kieleifa and Maroon Five sang thier new Song, it was a bit cliche for me, it lacked the intensity they usaully deliver with their songs. It picked up after Wes rapped, it was alright. Next, team Blake's Erin Willet, "Set fire to the rain". Good luck Erin, her dress looked horrible. She started out off tempo, Adele is so hard to sing. She sang the chorus better but it still sounded like she was off. At one point when the chorus came around again she got drowned out, wtf. Christina admitted it she liked it when Adele  sang it, and talked about the back screen more. Adam said and agreed it was an Adele song and she was off. Wrong song chioce, she might go home. Lindsey from Team Christina, was number one on itunes for first performance but she has been falling short since then. She is sang, "This is apart of me" Murphey's law strucked again her performance was not only terribly weak but one sided and flat. It was extremely pitchy missing big notes. Blake's Team, " Heartbreak" it was alright, little Reigh Lynn fell short. His three females n says team aren't good at all. Blake's diamond in the rough and xhance of winning. Jermain Paul From Team Blake singing, " Take a look at me now" He so delicate yet furoicous. Jermain killed, he is definitley is Blake's strongest contender. Final Artist from Team Christina's Chris Mann, "Viva la Vita." He hit every note but he wasn't connected, he lost meaning of the song. It was all about broadway and theatrical for a cold play song, it make sense, no vetsility. Eliminations are up, Team Chrisitina choose Jesse Campbell and Team Blake reverted his last choice by eliminating  Jordus.
