Ryan and his assisted degintely stared the episode with a little serenatimg and sexual chemistry between them. Mike looks like he's under pressure but its called working. One of Ryan's clients surprised him with thier domesticated baby kangaroo. He seems like it liked but claims they're disgusting; a narrow-minded metro-sexual opinion. Michael falls into a nice deal on six floor redesigned brownstone unit in Park Avenue, allot of pressure for junior real estate broker. The Kangaroo is getting in the way of Ryan's research on avaiable units. Fredrick schools michael in front of his father and what tops it is his father agreed with Fredrick. Fredrick took over bu smooching with the crowd, brown nosing Michael's father's ass, and trying to steal the listing from Michael. Fredrick vs Ryan who prevails. Jeff Lewis, interior therapy.  Jeff's clients Alex and his girlfriend  desperately needed couples therapy, I guess Jeff's Interior Theray was the second best chioce. I was definitely entertained by drama of the change in the house,disconnection, and frustration between the couple, it was a roller coster of itself to watch. Alex's girlfriend waited two years for Jeff & Jenni to save their relationship. In the end Jeff pulled off another successful 5 day session with his clients. I enoyed the feminite power Jeff & Jenni, portrayed it was very admirable and appreciated.

This episode was entertainingly dramatic. Tarzan and Jonas argue turning into each others nemesis. Eventhough they mereged Troyzan found the Idol but told no one. Troyzan won immunity and Tarzan is not winning anyone over, grossing out some people,  but apparently he didn't make any emenies either. Unfortunately Jonas showed no so delightful colors at the last minute which caused him to be voted out.

This week's episode was very entertaining. Like I said in the last episode there is allot of money these real estate agents are working with. From millions to billions baby it's bigger and better then California's lots. Ryan was hilarious yet discriminative towards the french group of foreigners as they bid on one of the Ryan's clients unit. I liked how Ryan stood his ground but I was against how he was some what rude and a little immature. In the end Ryan comes to agreement for 3.8 and splitting 25 thousand each from their own commission which comes out to be 3.85. Fredrick was awesome, unfortunately he had to turn  client down and before any damage was done but it was for the best. His client wanted to sell her unit for 7 million but Fredrick knew it wouldn't sell anything more than 6 million she would be lucky if it sold for 6.5 million at the most. Tabatha takes control and cleans up the horrible irresponsible mess the owner has caused. Tabatha was truly disappointed at this care free timidly sarcastic owner Kim. Spoiled little Brook was a wild enployee, that stood out in work team, at flashed her boobs and booty to her fellw employees on the clock. The salon was messy and the water cooler was infested with roaches, yuk. Staff has little to no respect for the owner Kim because she doesn't show any care towords them. I really don't know how this salon survived this long. Kim had already used 80,000 dollars of her husband's 401k and thier house is on foreclosure. Kim comes off as ditsy, shallow,unprofessional, and narcissistic. Brook was so disty and in outer space got Tabatha to call her a cartoon charater with birds flying around her head. Clay Wins Life's a Peach. Crystal Lite's party events was the challenge of the week. The branding was the biggest issue that both teams lacked of and therefore suffered from. Clay picked on Penn and reversed bullied him some more. Even though, Dee had Clays back enjoying his company, Clay still threw him under the bus to get fired first. Clay put his foot in his mouth naming three people, he didn't have to say Dee. Dee wasn't very happy about that as his smirk formed into a cold-striaght-soldier-like-face. The boys pulled off Life's a Peach theme for the non alcoholic peachtini crystal lite mix. Clay did a wondetful job harmonizing, "Under the boardwalk". As for the women, they did this garden of Eden theme where the unforbidden fruit was a pomegrant representing a promagranit non alcoholic crystal lite mix. The owners felt like the theme wasn't quite apparent that they were representing Crytal lite as much as they were focusing on the flavor itself.

This episode gave us a chance to see behind the scenes with Ryan and Fredrick. Ryan had his assistant and hired a marketing specialist to prepare his opening for this famous historical unit. Ryan  like a complete baby claiming in the interview he use to be a hand model. His prissy  moves and complaining aggravated his assistant so much she kicked him out of there. Ryan successfully pulled off a elegant opening filled with mixed drinks and caviar. On other hand Fredrick's opening wasn't so much elegant as it was raw and still under construction, never the less, it was a big hit. Frederick gathered his own team up and busted his booty stressfully to pull ot off. There was one point during Fredrick's opening where Ryan attempted to sabotage his presentation. Both Ryan and Fredrick worked hard to get their sales and it looked difficult and allot of money spent, but then again allot of money gained, as well.  Unlike Mike who made his sale look easy. She had a really big ego and it was hard for her to take criticism during practice. the performances grain and even though the brothers performed great harmonizing and working good together. I enjoyed watching this competitive episode. Lou you got to be project manager and just took over finally getting to be in the spotlight. I was very disappointed the Clay Aikins; at first I thought that it was awesome that he stood up for himself and Lou towards Penn. But then I realized that he was being a bitch and that it was unnecessary. Penn didn't deserves those condescending remarks dished out continuesly by Clay. The crew did great I enjoyed the infamous Hulk dancing with the mop. It was so funny watching Lou shake his butt. It was hilarious. This episode was a tearjerker the season finale. Ben is five days older then me, his birthday September 10th, 2012. I have a sort of attraction over lindsay but she seemed like she was boring are ready hell yeah. The two dates each contestant went well they're awesome the episode was placed in  Switzerland. Two women flew by helicopter to the destination where Ben proposes and only one stayed. it was a tearjerking moment when Ben call courtney his forever and got down on one knee and proposed to her. She cried as she said yes and as Ben placed the several karot diamond ring on her long danty finger he started to cry kissing her with tears of joy. Happily ever after, or is it?

So at the beginning of celebrity apprentice starts out with Lew crying like a baby because George left. Adam carolla awesome what to says, is awesome.Lisa lampanelli never cease to make me laugh. The Jersey Shore is wrapping up  their fifth season. Im watching the all of them reflect back at all the seasons. Its crazy how some them are celebrities.D list if anything but celebreties none the less. There is famlies that don't allow other kids to watch the show. the show New Jersey back on the map.

It is the premiere show. The guys are ducheier than ever. There is so much expensive real estate in New York. Three Men haven't learned all the names yet. Fredrick the.swedish agent selling over billions of dollars of real estate. The guys they deal with aren't ones to mess with, with thier New York edge to them. He doesn't know what the f bomb this up means cause he's from Sweden, lame excuse especially in New York. Im not sure if its Bryan, Brian, or Ryan, but RYAN is the manly man that takes showers, hugs strippers, and boxes by himself. He has to sell a unit that is cluttered their panic room is filled with channel. Mike is pueney yuppie that follows after his daddy who is a big real estate agent in the business. The best scene was when true colors came out of the closet as Fredick interupted Ryan and his potential client's lunch meeting trying to steal them away. When an insecure Ryan bursts out how Fredrick was an actor and is new to real estate. So he took it

Challenge of the ex's, was to be continued. Diem and CT made up and called truths just in time to win the get a way bride challenge gaining power couple. Emily got jealous and made fun of Ty and Paula. Emily broke the record most disturbing act on challenge history, by putting chocalate on her face and poorly impersonated Ty infront of everyone. Whether Emily made fun of his character or race, never the less, it extremely hurt Ty because she was his partner. An act of disloyalty and betrayal.  

It was an interesting episode with a few twists  and turns. The women's team won the first little challenge and proudly won a tarp, finally. Unfortunately with my bias, the men won the Immunity. The drum rolling twist was the men's team giving up immunity to the women's team and kicking a team member anyways, which was a first for Survivor history. The final decision of giving away immunity when Lief was brutly accused of being trader and is going to be voted off after he broke the alliance by telling the bill they we're voting him off. In the end  poor bill's pleading only made him look worst as he tried to bring Colton down with him, which only backfired, and bill wad voted off with 5 votes for Bill 1 vote Lief.

Third week and so happy The women won. They lost on the first two episodes but reluctantly arose for the occasion victoriuosly. Sucks how needy we get asking for fire.
