Million Dollar Listing NY

This week's episode was very entertaining. Like I said in the last episode there is allot of money these real estate agents are working with. From millions to billions baby it's bigger and better then California's lots. Ryan was hilarious yet discriminative towards the french group of foreigners as they bid on one of the Ryan's clients unit. I liked how Ryan stood his ground but I was against how he was some what rude and a little immature. In the end Ryan comes to agreement for 3.8 and splitting 25 thousand each from their own commission which comes out to be 3.85. Fredrick was awesome, unfortunately he had to turn  client down and before any damage was done but it was for the best. His client wanted to sell her unit for 7 million but Fredrick knew it wouldn't sell anything more than 6 million she would be lucky if it sold for 6.5 million at the most. He the resigned instead of risking damage to his reputation and bank account. Last but not least Michael gets another hand out to help him build his portfolio. As far as dating we had a chance to see Ryan and Mike's dating Styles.  Ryan goes to his back book list and sees he has a date with a female that he doesn't even know the name of. While mike has his father send him a women from his work to go on this date with. Ryan's date had him picking the check out of her breast with his mouth finishing up dinner and getting excited she is going to see his snake. Mike's date was, on the other hand, awning towards the awkwardness as they wait for the check to arrive.  Oh mike don't quit your day job whatever it is.
